Integrity Club:
To promote ethical values among students ‘Integrity Club’ is launched for the students of Class VI to X under the guidance of the Principal ,
Mr. R. K. Das, from the Month of October 2014 onwards.

The club comprises of 2 Captains, 2 Group Leaders, 2 Club Managers (Two teachers) and the rest as general members.
The motto of Integrity Club is “Living Values”
The members of the club are known as “Young Champions of Ethics” (YCE).

1. As co-curricular activities are the backbones of Educational System. It is persuaded for all round development of students in every field. So the Vidyalaya curriculum is invested with different types of co-curricular activities. This activity provides the platform for students to excel and express their innate capacities. K.V. Goalpara has also adopted the same conducted various activities for the development of the Students.

2. To maintain healthy Competition the students of the Vidyalaya are divided into Four houses. Shivaji House, Tagore House, Ashoka House and Raman House. Each house is divided into four groups A, B, C& D. Each house is under the supervision of one house master and other teachers of the Vidyalaya as associates. The CCA activities are conducted as per CCA calendar prepared, right from the beginning of the session that is April 2011.
The CCA activities are conducted every Wednesday during last two periods throughout the year through inter house competitions.Vidyalaya is trying its level best to nature and polish the hidden talent of the students. Every student is encouraged to take part in these activities.

3. Students of this Vidyalaya have shown their full interest and participated in different co-curricular activities round the year. As per instruction by KVS the Vidyalaya carried out the formation of student’s council in order to facilitate the democratic environment among students. Following the democratic rules, potential and capabilities.
Some students were elected for different posts in student’s council. Master Shankar jyoti Sarma was elected as school captain (Boy) and Miss Samanwita Mishra as school captain (Girls). Like this students were elected for different posts.

4.The students participated in different activities like English Calligraphy, English poem recitation ,Junior Quiz Competition, Sanskrit shlok competition ,Rakhi Making Competition, Story Telling Competition ,Speech Competition ,Debate competition ,Extempore competition ,Deepak and kalash competition ,poster  making ,Rongoli,Solo song ,Antakshyori ,Drama competition. Students also took part in Hindi pakhwara and inter house sports events like Kabadi, Kho-Kho etc and secured different position.

5. Our students have also shown their talent at cluster and regional level activities. Twenty one students took part in cluster level social science exhibition held at KV New Bongaigaon .Two models of KV Goalpara were selected for regional level. One of our students Miss. Purnima Rabha of class VIII was selected to explain the exhibits of social science at regional level held at KV Happy Valley Shillong on 15th & 16th October 2011.

6. Our students also participated in Painting Competition on Energy Conservation 2011 organized by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Govt. of India Ministry of Power in Associations with Government of Assam. The Vidyalaya also observed vigilance awareness week from 31st October to 5th November 2011.During which students participated in different programmes .The staff members took pledge to work without fear and favour .

7. Vidyalaya also celebrated National Education Day on 11th November on birth Anniversary of Moulana Abul Kalam Azad the first Education Minister of India.8. The Vidyalaya is also celebrating year 2011 as International year of Chemistry.
